Dr. Jacob Green is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease, having received his training at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia; where he completed an additional fellowship in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Green received his Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Arizona.

Dr. Green specializes in coronary and peripheral arterial disease diagnosis and treatment including minimally invasive techniques such as angioplasty and stenting. He has particular interest and specialized training in catheter-based treatment of valvular and structural heart disease including aortic stenosis (AS), patent foramen ovale (PFO) and atrial septal defects (ASD).

Co-Investigator: PARTNER (Placement of AoRTic TraNscathetER Valves) Trial- prospective, randomized-controlled, multi-center pivotal trial evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the Edwards SAPIEN™ Transcatheter Heart Valve in a stratified population of high risk patients (two patient populations versus section controls). Co-Investigator: VIVID Feasibility Study (Valvular and Ventricular Improvement via iCoapsys Delivery Feasibility Study)- prospective, non-randomized, single-arm feasibility evaluation of the iCoapsys System in patients with functional mitral valve insufficiency caused by annular dilation and/or papillary muscle displacement.
