James J. DelGiorno, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Dr. James J. DelGiorno is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine and Internal Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in General Cardiology and Residency in Internal Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine after earning his Doctorate of Medicine from Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. DelGiorno has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease as well as peripheral arterial disease. He is particularly involved in interventional procedures to treat coronary and peripheral artery disease. Dr. DelGiorno is active in research and is interested in advancing the treatment of heart disease. He is a member of American College of Cardiology, Texas Heart Institute Cardiac Society and American Medical Association.

Dr. DelGiorno is well respected among physicians in the East Valley and is currently President of the Banner Heart Hospital Medical Staff. He has held several key leadership positions on the Medical Staffs of area hospitals. Dr. DelGiorno is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Tri-City Cardiology.
